The grapevine has it that Gaurav Chopra is back with Narayani Shastri. The telly couple had an on- off relationship for several years till they split five years ago, but they continued to remain pals. The two were recently spotted at a suburban mall and upon realising that there were a lot of prying eyes, they looked a tad uncomfortable. Gaurav is seen as Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore in Uttaran.

Says a source, “Onlookers were surprised to see them. Even though Narayani chopped her long tresses last year, she was recognised.” When asked about Narayani, Gaurav says, “Please don’t disrespect the friendship I have with her. I will not comment further.”

After they went their separate ways, Gaurav was linked with TV actress Mouni Roy with whom he split last year. There was buzz about Narayani seeing a British national, but that relationship went kaput last year. There was also buzz about her seeing producer Rahul Aggarwal, but they maintained that they were just good friends.
