The forthcoming Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (HSKD) features a railway station scene in which Varun Dhawan is trying hard to stop Alia Bhatt from leaving. This sequence bears a resemblance to Shah Rukh Khan trying his best to stop Kajol in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (KKHH). And guess what?

Both were shot at the same Apta railway station, near Mumbai. However, a source associated with the production maintains that the context of both the scenes is different. In KKHH, Anjali leaves college after she learns that her best friend Rahul, whom she loves, is in love with another girl. The HSKD crew remains tight-lipped about why Kavya (Alia) is leaving when Humpty (Varun) pleads her to stay back, as that's said to be a turning point in the film.
