Sonam Kapoor held the record of posting maximum number of self potraits online. Alia Bhatt dethroned her recently after she shared a zillion selfies. She held the title for almost a year making waves with all her pictures with friends and colleagues like Arjun Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and Parineeti Chopra. But nothing is permanent in Bollywood — the petite heroine seems to have been replaced by Sonakshi Sinha, who has discovered self-love with an intensity that outshines her predecessors — Alia and Sonam. And there is a reason for that.

Until recently, Sonakshi was panned by fans and critics for her weight, but having shed all the inches, she is in the best shape now. And naturally, she hasn’t let go of a single opportunity to show off her new and improved avatar. She has been seen posing for selfies almost everyday. Whether it is at her gym, on the set, in her make-up van and at events. She has been posing and clicking relentlessly. She is brave enough to post pics without make-up, which is a big deal for an actress.

It remains to be seen if she retains the selfie queen title for a longer period than Alia. And if she can ever break Kim Kardashian’s record.
