Saif Ali Khan working out aggressively to get muscular look for Phantom?

Saif Ali Khan is about to begin shooting for the next schedule of Kabir Khan’s film, Phantom. And since some scenes in the film need him to flaunt a muscular body, the actor has embarked on a new fitness regime. A source says, “In the next schedule, Saif has to do some high-octane stunts. Keeping that in mind, he has been working out twice a day. The actor even cut short his lunch break on the sets of Humshakals in a bid to make more time for exercise. He does not want to take it easy now; rather he is very keen to get a muscular body in time for the Phantom shoot.”
The actor has also been following a strict diet. “Apart from exercising in the morning and in the afternoon, he also does yoga at least thrice a week to make his body more flexible. He has been given a customised diet plan by Rujuta Diwekar, the dietitian he shares with wife, Kareena Kapoor. His personal fitness trainer, Kunal Dhandore, too accompanies him on his outdoor schedules to keep a check on his workout sessions. Saif has been working out religiously,” says the source.
Saif ’s spokesperson confirmed the news.
