Actor-producer Riteish Deshmukh’s younger brother, politician Dhiraj Deshmukh became a father yesterday. Dhiraj's wife Deepshikha is the sister of Jackky Bhagnani and the newborn baby boy has brought joy to two filmy families. Interestingly, the child shares his birth date—May 25—with not just his kaka’s filmmaker buddy Karan Johar, but also his late paternal grandfather and former Chief Minister of Maharsahstra, Vilasrao Deshmukh.

The proud parents married in 2012, in Mumbai, weeks after Riteish married his longtime steady date, Genelia DSouza.

Deepshikha was rushed to Lilavati Hospital early on Sunday and delivered her son at 7 am. Riteish, who has become an uncle for the third time, tweeted that his house now resembles a play school.

Meanwhile Jackky who became a mama for the first time, is ecstatic. Says a friend of the Bhagnanis, “The family is already planning a big bash as soon as mummy and baby return home."
