Over the last few weeks, the grape vine has been buzzing with rumours about how Delhi busi nessman Sunjay Kapur has moved court against his estranged wife Karisma Kapoor for the custody of their nine-year-old daughter Samaira. But Mirror has now learnt that Sunjay is also fighting for the custody of their four-year-old son Kiaan Raj Kapoor. A custody petition has been filed at the Bandra Family Court by his lawyers Jalaja Nambiar, Narayan Suvarna and Radhika Mehta who are tightlipped about the details of the case. A copy of the same has been sent to Karisma as well.
A source close to Sunjay told this newspaper from Delhi that he was forced to take this step as Karisma has not been allowing him access to the kids.

Here in Mumbai, speculations are rife in the Bandra Family Court that Randhir and Babita's eldest daughter is contemplating divorce following irreconcilable differences with her hubby. These differences have already led to a quasi-separation between the two.

Sunjay's friend admits he had earlier said that he would never divorce Karisma. “But I think the time has come when they want to break free from their marriage and move ahead in life," he adds.

Meanwhile, the social circuit in Delhi is agog with rumours that Sunjay and hotelier Vikram Chatwal's ex-wife Priya Sachdev are a couple. Earlier, they were occasionally spotted at various Delhi nightclubs, but now the duo has become almost inseparable. Priya's divorce from Vikram has come through and if she wants she can formalise her relationship with Sunjay if and when his mar riage is dissolved.

A source close to the actress said: “Karisma definitely does not like Sunjay's proximity to Priya. She is extremely stressed out. She's keeping quiet because Kapoors don't wash their dirty linen in public. But she will answer Sunjay in court."

Karisma married Sunjay on September 29, 2003. Samaira was born on March 11, 2005; and Kiaan on March 12, 2010. Soon after the birth of their son, she moved back to Mumbai.

Karisma and Sunjay remained unavailable for comment.
