In a fresh development in Salman Khan’s hit-and-run case, the fourth witness — a bartender — identified the actor in the court on Monday. Three earlier witnesses have already identified Salman.

When fresh trial began last month, the case took a serious turn with some crucial witnesses (who were traced recently), deposing in the court.

They confirmed Salman’s identity and testified that they had seen him getting off the car on the night of the fateful incident.

Salman is being retried for culpable homicide not amounting to murder in a Mumbai court. If convicted, he could face a sentence of up to 10 years.
