Of late, a lot is being reported on Ranbir Kapoor’s new home. The actor has acquired three plush interconnected apartments on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of a 10-storey tower in Bandra. But what is truly interesting is that Sussanne Roshan is designing the interiors of RK Junior’s home.

 Sussanne has previously designed the homes of Rani Mukerji, Priyanka Chopra and Shilpa Shetty, besides of course, the three-floor Roshan family home in Juhu — an address she no longer inhabits.

 Also, while speculation is rife that Ranbir is moving out of his parents’ house — Krishna Raj on Pali Hill — because his father Rishi Kapoor doesn’t approve of Katrina Kaif dropping by frequently, our source says when the bungalow goes for redevelopment, which it will in all likelihood in the next few months, the senior Kapoors will also move into the same building as their superstar son.

 Neetu and Rishi are likely to have a floor to themselves, as will Ranbir. But there will also be a common floor where the family will eat, entertain and spend time together. Our source says, “Ranbir has no intention of moving out of his family home. He adores his parents and wants to spend his lifetime with them. Even after he is married, the Kapoor khandaan plans on being a joint family.”

 While Ranbir didn’t revert to our messages, Sussanne said she didn’t want to comment on the news. Interestingly, Ranbir and Sussanne have the same caller tune — Paradise by Coldplay.

 Rishiji, who was on his way to New York, didn’t wish to say anything.
