Apparently Uday Chopra and ‘close friend’ Nargis Fakhri have had a fallout recently because the actress has put her foot down on marriage. A source says, “Uday has been pretty serious and committed to this relationship for more than a year now but Nargis is not. Uday wants to settle down and get married but she wants to have a career and doesn’t want to get married for the next two to three years. Nargis recently completed the shooting for Hollywood film Spy directed by Paul Feig and is keen to do more films. She feels she’s too young to settle down right now and had to turn Uday down. Natrually Uday is miffed but he has to respect her decision.” At the rate Nargis is walking out of films in Bollywood we would like to ask what career? When contacted, Nargis’s spokesperson clarified saying, “There’s no truth to the matter whatsoever. She’s got three scripts which she’s evaluating and will be making film announcements soon. But there has been no proposal of any sorts, neither is marriage on the cards for her anytime soon. If and when she decides to get married, she’ll have no reason to hide it.”
