Vivek Oberoi will lend his voice for the main villain, Max Dillon aka Electro, in the dubbed Hindi version of The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Academy award-winner Jamie Foxx plays the character in the original.

 Says Kercy Daruwala of the Hollywood studio, “We are happy to have Vivek on board for the Hindi version of the film.”

The actor is equally excited to be a part of the franchise. Says he, “I have always been a huge fan of the Spider-Man comics and films. I am thrilled to see that the franchise has grown bigger and better with each film. Max Dillon/Electro is a fascinating and complex character and it will be interesting to face off with Spider-Man.”
