Atul Agnihotri’s next film, O Teri, dwells on the Commonwealth Games scam,
and in keeping with this theme, the producer plans to host a press
conference at the Commonwealth Games footbridge in Delhi.
The foot over bridge is located near Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in New Delhi. What’s interesting is the fact that this is the same bridge that had collapsed merely 12 days before the inaugural ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in October 2010.
A source from the production house says that the film has a similar sequence where a bridge collapses before the inauguration of a sports event. “This sequence is also shown in the film’s trailer.” Produced by Agnihotri and presented by Salman Khan, the film, starring Pulkit Samrat and Bilal Amrohi, is a comedy that offers a funny take on several real- life events. Agnihotri, however, only reveals that the film is inspired by real- life events. “Other than this, I do not want to reveal anything right now,” he says.
