The source close to her says, “Deepika treats her staff like her family since she stays away from her own folks for a major part of the year. Besides, her staff always accompanies her everywhere so she is often seeing handing them huge bouquets of imported flowers which she picks herself, candles, designer bags and sometimes even takes them out for lunch or dinner. She also makes sure that she leaves hand-written notes and celebrate birthdays and anniversaries with them.”

What’s worth highlighting is that the star apparently has a good memory and remembers all the birth dates of those in her entourage. “Deepika likes to keep track of birthdays of her friends and team members.
