We bring you exclusive
shots from the song Tuti Bole Wedding Di from Anees Bazmee's
Welcome Back. The song composed by Meet Brothers is being currently shot
at Mehboob Studio. The film, produced by Firoz Nadiadwala, has an
ensemble cast of great actors that include Naseeruddin Shah, Nana
Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Dimple Kapadia, Surveen Chawla and Shiney
Ahuja, apart from its lead actors John Abraham and Shruti Haasan. The
film, that now has only the last two songs left to be shot, is slated
for release on May 29, 2015.
Welcome Back postponed in order to avoid clash with Aamir Khan's PK?

Anees Bazmee's Welcome Back, which is scheduled for a December 19 release, will no longer come on that Friday. Producer Feroz Nadiadwala was keen to catch the Christmas week but now that Raj Kumar Hirani's PK is coming on December 19, it has been decided that they will move their release and avoid unhealthy competition. Anees confirms, "Feroz wants us to stick to our December 19 release date. But I see no point in a box-office tussle. I am going to convince him to opt for another release window."
It isn't as though Anees is not confident of his film. "I've my own audience. But why get into an unnecessary tussle at the box-office? It is bound to damage one or the other film. I'd rather wait for another opportune Friday. Rajkumar Hirani is a very fine writer and director. On top of that, he is back with his 3 Idiots leading man Aamir Khan. So there's bound to be fireworks at the box-office. Why take the risk of getting burnt?"
Anees is currently recording an additional song for the film which he will shoot in due time when the film's entire cast from Anil Kapoor and John Abraham to Naseeruddin Shah and Nana Patekar is available to him.
"I am in no hurry. I have no ambition to create a dhamaka for Christmas, koi bhi Friday chalega, as long as another big film is not lined up for the same day," says Anees.
Welcome Back to release a week before Xmas, on December 19

Anees Bazmee’s Welcome Back will hit the screens on December 19. The film, a sequel to his 2007 comic caper Welcome, has been produced by Firoz A Nadiadwala and stars John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia, Shiney Ahuja and Ankita Srivastava.
Says Nadiadwala, “Welcome was a Christmas release and family audiences made it a huge hit. We are making every effort to make the sequel equally successful.” Says John, the newest addition to the starcast, “I’m excited to be a part of this franchise and to be working with versatile actors like Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar and Paresh Rawal.”
About reprising his role as Majnu Bhai, Anil says, “I enjoyed the role in Welcome because of its madness and fun. I hope and pray that the audience enjoys Majnu Bhai even more this time.”
Bazmee adds, “Releasing the film on December 19 makes sense as being the Christmas week, it will guarantee maximum audience.”
