Shah Rukh Khan-Aamir Khan have an after party bonding?

While they have been cordial
with each other, Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been touted as
rivals for the longest time. There was a time when the two even got
sarcastic and took potshots at each other during press cons. However
that phase seems to have finally ended. The superstars have moved on,
letting bygones be bygones. We hear on Wednesday night, Aamir was among
the select few who was invited by SRK for a party he threw for Tim Cook.
Sources revealed that Aamir stayed back to hang out with SRK at Mannat
long after everyone called it a night.

Apple CEO Tim Cook briefly took over superstar reigns from Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan on Wednesday night as he concluded his maiden visit to India with a big Bollywood bash at the King Khan's magnificent home, Mannat.
The hot topic of discussion was how Apple could be the go-to brand for equipment and editing in Bollywood while the tech boss admitted to sniffing out a growth opportunity in India amid recent challenges in China. "But it wasn't all work and no play for Cook and Co at Mannat as every actor wanted to bear-hug, shake a leg and feed some chicken kebab to Mr CEO," a guest at the bash informed Mirror.
The Bachchans' - Amitabh, Jaya, Abhishek and Aishwarya - made a fleeting appearance, making sure to document the moment with a series of selfies before scurrying off to the premiere of Ash's upcoming release, Sarbjit. Friends Farah Khan and Sania Mirza, who arrived and left separately, stayed on.
Describing him as the "real rockstar", host SRK who had partnered with Apple for Happy New Year and Dilwale, discussed his future marketing plans with Cook. "The brand's team and the filmi folk posed for a photograph for SRK's personal collection," the guest revealed.
Earlier on Wednesday evening, Cook was given a tour of the set of Raaz Reboot by producer Mukesh Bhatt who is currently shooting the latest instalment of the horror franchise. "Cook seemed keen to see how Apple could partner with the industry - after all, movies don't have to be made by just big film producers these days, they can be shot on an iPhone," the guest explained. It so happened, later that evening, that Cook posed for a selfie with Haraamkhor filmmaker Shlok Sharma who is shooting his upcoming film on an iPhone.

Tim Cook, the CEO of one of
the biggest tech giants in the world, is on a week-long visit to India,
kicking off his tour from Mumbai. Sources reveal that Bollywood superstar
Shah Rukh Khan hosted a dinner party for Cook last night at his
residence Mannat. SRK's close friends from the film fraternity were also
present.
We hear Cook and SRK had been wanting to meet each other since some time. He also attended the morning aarti at Siddhivinayak temple yesterday. This is Cook's first visit to the country since he took over from the legendary Steve Jobs in 2011. “India is home to one of the most vibrant and entrepreneurial iOS development communities in the world,“ he said in a statement.
Cook is expected to visit Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Delhi this week. Meetings with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and noted business tycoons are reportedly on the cards as well.

Film celebs and top industrialists throng Shah Rukh Khan’s landmark residence for a lavish dinner in Tim Cook’s honour

Last evening, all roads led to Shah Rukh Khan’s Bandra abode, Mannat, as the superstar hosted Apple CEO Tim Cook, who is on a five-day visit to India. The gala dinner had the who’s who of B-Town and business tycoons in attendance.
Sources say Cook’s itinerary was supposed to be strictly confidential with only the government top brass and other VIPs like Shah Rukh privy to it, but the media managed to get a whiff of his plans.
Says an insider, “Yesterday’s party started early and was a purely formal affair, unlike the typical SRK bashes which begin around midnight and go on till the wee hours. As far as the invitee list goes, it had a mix of SRKs guests and Apple folk.”
Cook entered Mannat at 8 pm. Among B’wood celebs, the first to arrive were the Bachchans — Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya, followed by Madhuri Dixit with husband Shriram Nene, SRK’s bête noire Aamir Khan, Farah Khan and Mukesh Bhatt. Mukesh Ambani’s children, Akash and Isha also joined in. Media lensmen had to jostle with fans — around 400 of them — as they crowded outside Mannat to catch a glimpse of their matinee idols.
Cook, who arrived here on Tuesday night, kicked off his visit by taking darshan at the Siddhivinayak temple where he ran into Mukesh Ambani’s son, Anant. From here, he will head to Hyderabad and then Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
