TIGER ZINDA HAI had another huge week adding 27 crore nett apprx in the third week to take its total to 318.50 crore nett in three week. The film has crossed the NETT business of BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN but it has to be noted that it is not yet the highest grosser of Salman Khan as there have been tax changes over the past year so the amount collected at the box office (GROSS) is still lower than BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN (422 crore) and SULTAN (414 crore).
 
The GROSS numbers of TIGER ZINDA HAI are 403.70 crore so there is still some work to do reach BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN and even SULTAN. The drop in the third week is 68% which is very strong considering the previous week was a holiday week. The target for the film this week will be to remain the top film despite facing some competition from Hindi films for the first time since it released.

TIGER ZINDA HAI grossed another 2.50 crore nett apprx on Tuesday and took its total to close to 315 crore nett. The film will cross the NETT business of BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN today but still has work to do become the biggest grosser of Salman Khan as GROSS figures are still 25 crore less.

The third week should be around 27 crore nett which will be the seventh highest third week of all time with the next best action film being DABANGG in 2010 which collected around 17.50 crore nett in its third week. The film is also closing on in the 100 crore nett mark in Mumbai which should be achieved by the end of the fourth weekend.

TIGER ZINDA HAI is still maintaining well despite a huge run till now and well into its third week as it dropped just 25% on its third Monday from its third Friday. The film grossed 2.75 crore nett on its third Monday and has taken its total to nearly 312 crore nett.

The film is now within touching distance of the NETT number of BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN and will cross it on in Thursday. The third week business of the film will be in the 27 crore nett range which will take the total in three weeks to 318.50 crore nett. This will leave it a little short to chase the PK NETT number as it needed to be above 320 crore for that after three weeks. There will be an outside chance but the fourth week will need to show a 50% drop only.

TIGER ZINDA HAI had another strong weekend at it collected 17.50 crore nett in its third weekend. This has taken the total business of the film to around 309 crore nett in seventeen days. the growth was again huge on Sunday at around 50% as mass centers collected very well.

The film is now the highest NETT grosser ever in Bihar, Assam and Odisha if we take out BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION. TIGER ZINDA HAI is also closing in on the 100 crore nett mark in Mumbai with collection of 95 crore nett in seventeen days. It will become the fourth film to cross 100 crore nett in Mumbai after PK, DANGAL and BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION. Both the outright Hindi films PK and DANGAL grossed 104 crore nett in Mumbai and there is a chance that TIGER ZINDA HAI can hit that number.

The figures that it chases now is the GROSS number of BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN to become the highest grossing Salman Khan figure and the NETT number of PK to become the 3rd highest NETT grosser of all time. These numbers are 422 crore and 338 crore respectively and the next 7 days will tell if it can reach them or maybe one of them

TIGER ZINDA HAI showed growth of 50% on its third Saturday to collect around 5.50-5.75 crore nett. This growth was better than the second Saturday which was around 30%. It has probably happened because the collections are at a lower level in third weekend.

The film also hit the 300 crore nett mark and its business is now at a similar number to Sultan and by the end of the third week it will be at the BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN level or very close. The film is easily going to become the highest NETT grosser of Salman Khan but in GROSS numbers which is the actual amount collected at the ticket window its going to be a a tight call and could even stay below both BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN and SULTAN

TIGER ZINDA HAI grossed 3.50-3.75 crore nett apprx on its third Friday which is a strong trend considering the sort of numbers that the film has put up so far. The drop is 70% from last Friday with chances of big growth on Saturday and Sunday. The film has grossed 295 crore nett so far in fifteen days

The drop is probably a little high to chase PK which is the the third highest NETT grosser ever. It probably had to fall more towards the 60% mark to challenge that film. For TIGER ZINDA HAI to have a chance to go to the PK numbers it has to close the third week week at 320 crore nett which looks a tall order though huge growth on Saturday and Sunday may still give it a chance. A 330 crore nett finish looks the more realistic bet at the moment.
