The sixth week collections of the film are fifth highest ever after URI, GADAR - EK PREM KATHA, BADHAAI HO and BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION. It has beaten the likes of 3 IDIOTS, PK, DANGAL and PADMAAVAT by a margin.

The film got a jump on Wednesday as it was Shivaji Jayanti in Maharashtra and the collections in Mumbai circuit now stand at a huge 140 crore nett apprx. The film is likely to run for another two weeks till the release of BAAGHI 3 and could finish in the 270 crore nett range.

TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR was the film to benefit most from the failure of LOVE AAJ KAL. Despite it being Valentines Day on Friday this film still managed to get normal growth over the weekend as the collections almost trebled from Friday and Sunday and Friday had boosted collections due to Valentines Day.

The sixth weekend was 3 crore nett which is a big number for the sixth weekend and the total collections of the film are 263 crore nett. The film seems to be heading for a total of close to 270 crore nett as it has two more weeks till BAAGHI 3 and Maharashtra should still bring in the collections. The collections in Mumbai circuit are near the 139 crore nett mark and its pretty certain it will top 140 crore nett in the circuits. This is when no other outright Hindi film has even topped 105 crore nett in the circuit.

TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR showed solid growth on its sixth Saturday despite coming off Valentines Day on Friday. The film went up 50% to collect 90 lakhs nett. The difference between this film and the likes of LOVE AAJ KAL and MALANG was that it got the Saturday growth.

The sixth weekend looks like being in the 2.75-3 crore nett range which is fantastic number for the sixth weekend. The total collections are 262.50 crore nett.

The drop from Thursday was limited due Valentines Day which probably gave it some boost but it can still grow on Saturday though not like the last few Saturdays. The film is doing more than 60% of its business in Maharashtra. In many circuits its on the last legs but strong numbers in Maharashtra means good daily numbers even in week six.
