Saif Ali Khan and Ileana
D'Cruz are rocking it in this still from their upcoming
rom-com Happy Ending. The film, directed by Raj Nidimoru and
Krishna DK of Go Goa Gone fame, has been shot extensively in California.
While the makers remain evasive about the characters, Mirror has learnt
that Saif plays a novelist in the film who goes into a creative slump
soon after he enters the bestsellers list with his debut book.
Ileana, who plays one of his girlfriends (he also dates Kalki Koechlin
who is a dentist), is a very popular author. But she isn't the type who
would make a big deal about her success to her beau who has hit a low
patch.
This particular scene is a part of a song which was shot on the famous Zig Zag Street in San Francisco. Revealed a source from the unit, “It comes when their relationship is at its best. It is a happy moment during an outing when the twosome are go-karting. Saif's Yo says it all!“ The film also has cameos by Preity Zinta and Kareena Kapoor.

Directed by Rajat Kapoor and starring names such as Kalki Koechlin, Atul Kumar, and Namit Das, Hamlet — The Clown Prince is a comical adaptation of the Shakespearean tragedy of the same name. The play was supposed to be staged in San Francisco last week, but it did not happen.
It turns out that the work visas – needed by Kalki and the entire cast and crew to perform in the US — were not issued. When the organisers of the play and director Rajat Kapoor got word that their visa applications have been turned down, they were shocked.
Confirming the story, Kalki said, “I don’t know the details. But I was told that our play was not ‘culturally unique’ enough and that our work visa was not issued.” The organisers were unavailable for comment.

Why is Saif Ali Khan wearing bracelets from China and Africa?

Many superstars across the globe have their own style statements. Typically, these are things that they wear which may not be expensive, but you identify them with those. While Salman always wears the blue bracelet given to him by his father Salim Khan, for Saif Ali Khan it is something he has recently taken a fancy to.
We recently found Saif wearing two bracelets and decided to ask him about them. Talking to us, he said, “One of them is from China Town in San Francisco, where we were recently shooting for Happy Ending. There is a huge and a really cool China Town there. While shooting there, this lady came up to me and said, `Good luck with your movie.' I am wearing it as I like the fact that it has a little Chinese written on it. The other black one has elephant hair from Africa. A friend of mine, with who I do wildlife photography, sent it to me recently. It's an old-fashioned African thing which they wear. I used to have one that I lost. I am thrilled to have it again."
