PATHAAN collected 513.50 cr in six weeks. It recorded the second highest sixth week of all time with collections of 8.50 crore nett which is phenomenal for a film which smashed all initial records. It also shows how the box office has changed today as it was unthinkable pre pandemic that a film which clocks up 100 crore nett in three days could also be smashing records in week six.

The 300 crore films before the pandemic like DANGAL, BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN, SANJU, TIGER ZINDA HAI etc are nowhere to be seen on the list as those movies had finished their runs. Here PATHAAN, which has grossed far more, is still going strong and this is basically down to lack of releases and the ones which are coming are not doing well.

PATHAAN should have actually slowed down long back but weak releases has meant its collections are holding up and even with TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR, it could still keep going as that film also has middling numbers.

The top sixth weeks ever for original Hindi films are as follows.

1. Uri: The Surgical Strike - 11,59,00,000

3. Drishyam 2 - 6,16,00,000

4. Gadar - Ek Prem Katha - 6,09,00,000

5. Badhaai Ho - 5,72,00,000

6. Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior - 5,07,00,000

7. 3 Idiots - 4,36,00,000

8. Lage Raho Munnabhai - 4,15,00,000

9. Padmaavat - 3,96,00,000

10. Raja Hindustani - 3,21,00,000

PATHAAN continues to collect despite the heavy presence of TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR at multiplexes as it collected another 50-60 lakh nett on its sixth Wednesday. The film now has minimal shows with most multiplexes at one or two shows.

The collections of week six are looking to be more than week five or at least the same as week five which is phenomenal. The sixth week collections of the film are going to be the second highest of all time and way higher than the likes of DANGAL and BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN which were those long running type of films and not front loaded.

PATHAAN is looking set to collect for a few more weeks yet.

The collections of PATHAAN (Hindi) till date are as follows.

Friday - 1,00,00,000

Saturday - 2,00,00,000

Sunday - 2,50,00,000

Monday - 85,00,000

Tuesday - 1,25,00,000 apprx

Wednesday - 55,00,000 apprx

PATHAAN showed a good jump in collections on Tuesday as collections jumped in a few states due to the holiday for Holi while other states were up in the evening due to the holiday on the next day. Barring parts of South India, the collections of the film were up all over.

The film collected 1.25 crore nett on its sixth Tuesday taking the sixth week collections to 7.50 crore nett plus. The collections are likely to come down to a lower level now but its Holi period; so, collections should still come.

The film will remain in cinemas or sometime yet adding to its collections. The film is gone above the numbers of BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION though Mumbai circuit and the Central circuits remain less.

The collections of PATHAAN (Hindi) till date are as follows.

Friday - 1,00,00,000

Saturday - 2,00,00,000

Sunday - 2,50,00,000

Monday - 85,00,000

Tuesday - 1,25,00,000

PATHAAN had a super strong hold on its sixth Monday as it got the benefit of strong evening collections as it is a holiday for Holi (Today) in some states. The film only dropped 10-15% from Friday but the trend was pretty strong for all films on Monday due to the Holi factor.

PATHAAN is likely to go up again on Tuesday as it is a holiday for Holi in some states while others will benefit in the evening as it will be a holiday in those states tomorrow. The film could have higher collections in week six compared to week seven.

There will be a drop in the last two days of the week due to the competition but even there some collections should come due to Holi period.

The collections of PATHAAN (Hindi) till date are as follows.

Friday - 1,00,00,000

Saturday - 2,00,00,000

Sunday - 2,50,00,000

Monday - 85,00,000

PATHAAN has seen excellent sixth week collections as it remains the only film really collecting at the box office. The sixth weekend collected 5.50 crore nett which is roughly the same as the fifth weekend and it takes its overall total to 510 crore nett plus.

PATHAAN should see collections hold well over the next two days and then it will face competition from TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR on Holi. The film should get an extra boost on Tuesday as its a holiday for Holi in three states including Maharashtra. The film could still see one more 1 crore nett day on Tuesday as long as Monday trends as it did last week.

The sixth week collections of the film will be the second highest ever after URI. Post pandemic, it is already the highest sixth week in just 3 days easily beating the 5 crore nett of RRR (Hindi).

The collections of PATHAAN (Hindi) till date are as follows.

Friday - 1,00,00,000

Saturday - 2,00,00,000

Sunday - 2,50,00,000

PATHAAN saw a superb sixth Friday as it collected 1 crore nett which is practically the same as last Friday. The collections of the film are 506 crore nett and it will cruise past the record numbers of BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION in a matter of days. The film did wobble a little in the third and fourth weeks in terms of this record but eventually it will get there pretty comfortably aided by a lack of competition.

The sixth week collections of the film look to be heading for pretty much the same as the fifth week. There is the release of TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR midweek so that will affect affect collections on the last two days of week. So, instead of 8 crore nett plus the film may get 7 crore nett plus but that is still a crazy collection for week six.

PATHAAN saw its best hold in week five in its run so far but the hold in week six will be far better than week five.

The collections of PATHAAN (Hindi) till date are as follows.

Friday - 1,00,00,000
