MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT has done well in week two collecting a little under 20 crore nett. The film stands at 73.50 crore nett and should head towards the 80 crore nett mark. The drop in the second week was around 63% which is healthy for a front loaded action film.

It will be a shortened second week but the film is sure to cross the 76.50 crore nett of AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON to become the seventh highest Hollywood NETT grosser of all time in India. The GROSS figures may stay below AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON but that depends on where the MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT collections finish. AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON had a GROSS of 105 crore and MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT stands at 95 crore after two weeks.

The collections of MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT till date are as follows.
Week One - 53,75,00,000 apprx
Week Two - 19,75,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 73,50,00,000 apprx

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT added 1.75 crore nett on Monday to take its 11 day total to 69.25 crore nett and it seems to be heading for a total of 80 crore nett which would make it the seventh highest NETT grosser for Hollywood in India. The film is in eighth position at the moment after 11 days but it should be able to cross the 76 crore nett of AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON though the 82 crore nett of JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM may prove a step too far.

It will mean three of the top seven films will have releases this year which shows the numbers are getting bigger for the big Hollywood releases. There is still only two 100 crore films with AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR at a crazy 228 crore nett but generally 100 crore nett is proving difficult. This is because its mainly action films that do the business and they are generally front loaded and slow down fast especially when there is a flow of Hindi films week in week out.

The top fifteen Hollywood all time NETT grossers in India are as follows.
1. Avengers: Infinity War - 228.47 crore
2. The Jungle Book (2016) - 187.74 crore

6. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) - 82.81 crore

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT did well in its second weekend grossing 13.75 crore nett and taking its ten day total to 67.50 crore nett. The film was helped by the new Hindi releases being poor which ensured that FALLOUT was the first choice over the weekend.
