KI & KA held very well on Tuesday with a very limited drop of around 6-7%. The first five day business of KI & KA is as follows

Saturday - 8,25,00,000

Monday - 3,50,00,000
Tuesday - 3,25,00,000
Total - 31,75,00,000

The film should do a week of around 37 crore nett and now has a shot at a 50 crore nett after the business on Tuesday.

Ki & Ka had a decent first week of 37 crore nett apprx. The film had a slow start picking up on Friday evening, the growth was decent over the weekend though being an urban film it could have been stronger. The collections saw a normal 50% drop on Monday but then crucially held up pretty well thereafter.

The best collections are in Delhi NCR with area giving around 7.50 crore nett. The collections of the film are very similar to last year's BADLAPUR and so is the trend and that film grossed around 50 crore nett. Even territory figures are similar, the main difference being the the lead for KI & KA in Mysore.

The difference between the two films may turn out to be that BADLAPUR had around 4.50 crore nett business come in week 3 and after while here that will be near impossible with the release of FAN so if it is to reach 50 crore nett a lot will depend on where the eighth day lands

KI & KA had a decent Saturday though growth was limited for an urban content film. The first two day business of KI & KA is as follows
Friday - 7,25,00,000
Saturday - 8,25,00,000
Total - 15,50,00,000

The film should be able to grow on Sunday but unless its huge growth which will signal strong weekday holds it will be down to where the film lands on a Monday.

KI & KA had a decent weekend though the trend was not great for a content urban film. A further push on Saturday would have benefited the film tremendously. It is the third highest weekend of 2016. The weekend business of KI & KA is as follows

Total - 24,75,00,000

Still even though the trend could have better, the weekend ensures it will be a decent runner unless collections come down a lot on Monday.
