MEN IN BLACK: INTERNATIONAL felt the force of the match as collections dropped on Sunday. A film like BHARAT has some support from smaller centres to prop up the collections against the match but this film is for multiplexes only. So these multiplexes fell around 25-30% on Sunday. The film has grossed around 9.75 crore nett in three days.

The three day business is as follows.
Friday - 3,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 3,50,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 2,75,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 9,25,00,000 apprx

GAME OVER has done mediocre business in its first weekend despite the huge growth on Saturday.

The collections of GAME OVER are as follows.
Friday - 75,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 1,75,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 1,50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 4,50,00,000 apprx

KHAMOSHI is a total washout with three day collections of under 30 lakhs nett.

The three day collections of KHAMOSHI are as follows.
Friday - 8,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 12,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 8,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 28,00,000 apprx

MEN IN BLACK: INTERNATIONAL is the top new release this week though collections are not too good. The trend on Saturday is also not that good with growth around the 20% range. The film has grossed around 6.50 crore nett in two days.

The two day business is as follows.
Friday - 3,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 3,50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 6,50,00,000 apprx

The Hindi releases are pretty poor though GAME OVER has shown good growth on Saturday almost doubling the collections. This film is a dubbed film from the South but has got a bigger release in multiplexes of the Hindi markets then a regular south dubbed film would (barring the few exceptions which are well promoted, big films, most dubbed South films struggle to release in multiplexes of metros unlike this film).

The collections of GAME OVER are as follows.
Friday - 65,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 1,25,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 1,90,00,000 apprx

KHAMOSHI is a total washout with two day collections in the the 20 lakh range. The two day collections of KHAMOSHI are as follows.
Friday - 8,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 12,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 20,00,000 apprx

It was a poor week for releases with five Hindi release which all failed to find and audience and it was left to a Hollywood film to dominate the scene as far as new releases were concerned.

The five new Hindi releases were GAME OVER, KHAMOSHI, KHEL KHALLAS, KISSEBAAZ and RESCUE. The best collections were for GAME OVER at around 60-70 lakhs nett while next best was KHAMOSHI at around 10 lakhs nett. These two were bad enough but the other three even failed to register any collections.

The scene as far new releases were concerned was dominated by MEN IN BLACK: INTERNATIONAL which did business of around 2.75 crore nett. This was around four times more than all the new Hindi releases put together. The film has not opened too well but the collections are better than last week's X-MEN: DARK PHOENIX which opened to 2 crore nett as it clashed with BHARAT.

The other Hollywood release - THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS 2 - was a poor fare with collections of 45 lakhs nett apprx. This film can have huge Saturday growth since it's a film for kids but there is not much hope in the long run.
