GAME CHANGER collected 25.50 crore nett in its first week and the writing was on the wall with the reports of the film on day one. The collections absolutely crashed post Monday as the bookings went out of the picture. The run of the film is practically over in the first week and there will be hardly any collections coming in from here.
The film also crashed out in the South despite there being big holidays in the South. The collections across India on all versions are around 100 crore nett and it will suffer insane losses due to the huge budget of 425 crore plus. It will be 175 crore in the red and that's if the digital and satellite prices paid hold.
The collections of GAME CHANGER are as follows.
Friday - 7,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 6,65,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 7,25,00,000 apprx
Monday - 1,75,00,000 apprx
Tuesday - 1,35,00,000 apprx
Wednesday - 80,00,000 apprx
Thursday - 65,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 25,45,00,000 apprx

GAME CHANGER (Hindi) had a huge fall on Monday which was always coming going by the weekend trend. The film collected 1.75 crore nett which is a huge 75% drop from Friday. These collections are also better than they should be as collections in NCR and East Punjab were held up by holiday for Lohri. The drop in East Punjab was only 50% from Friday due to holiday.
North India gave the film 25-30 lakhs nett extra and the fair value would be hardly 1.50 crore nett taking out the holiday factor. This shows the sort of rejection the film has faced as Monday. The total collections of the film stand at 22.65 crore nett and the week will end at around 27 crore nett with nothing much coming after.
There was a holiday in Nizam/Andhra on Monday and as collections were down at low levels in the circuit, nothing much was going to improve for the Telugu version. The film did not crash further on Monday due to the holiday but it was a goner from day two itself. The Nizam /Andhra numbers were better than Hindi due to the holiday though they were lower on Sunday.
The four day collections of GAME CHANGER (Hindi) are as follows.
Friday - 7,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 6,65,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 7,25,00,000 apprx
Monday - 1,75,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 22,65,00,000 apprx
FATEH dropped further on Monday and looks to be finish its first week with around 8 crore nett and again there will not be much coming after.
The collections of FATEH are as follows.
Fateh - 2,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 1,65,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 2,00,00,000 apprx
Monday - 75,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 6,40,00,000 apprx

GAME CHANGER (Hindi) had low collections over the first weekend as it collected around 21 crore nett. The opening day number of the film was okay but it was boosted by block bookings and on top, the reports of the film were not good. Hence, it was pretty much inevitable the weekend would not get the growth it needed.
The trend of the film is weak with Sunday also not really growing much after the drop on day two and it is the trend of the film which seals the fate of the film. The opening, as far as the Hindi version is concerned, gave the film a chance but because of reports, it could not go on. The film collected 49 crore nett across India on the first day in all versions but it was downhill from there on. The weekend will be around the 85 crore nett range.
The film has a huge budget but its not in the rural and rustic zone and for this reason you sort of know that big numbers are unlikely even content was stronger. DEVARA did not do that well in Hindi also but it was in the zone which gave it a chance to break out if the film was good. Here nothing of that sort was likely.
The three day collections of GAME CHANGER (Hindi) are as follows.
Friday - 7,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 6,65,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 7,25,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 20,90,00,000 apprx
FATEH collected 5.50-5.75 crore nett in its first weekend and the trend was also poor giving the film little chance at the box office. A lot of cinema today is taking inspiration from the violence of ANIMAL but that is not the reason why that film worked. The box office of ANIMAL was driven by the emotions, music and story telling of the director.
The collections of FATEH are as follows.
Friday - 2,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 1,65,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 2,00,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 5,65,00,000 apprx

GAME CHANGER (Hindi) saw a minor drop in collections as it collected in the 6.5-6.75 crore nett range which takes the two day number to 13.50 crore nett. If we take organic collections, there is some growth but it will be limited and not the 40-50% growth it needs to have a chance at the box office.
The film has not outperformed in the likes of Maharashtra, CP Berar and Odisha which is a must for a film from the South if it is really to do well at the box office. The film collected 49 crore nett across India on the first day with the eighth or ninth highest collection ever coming from Niza Andhra but that also is not good enough as on all versions, there is a 60-65% drop.
Despite the drop in Hindi, it is actually the Hindi version which is preventing the film from showing a huge drop on all versions. The two numbers on all versions will be around 67-68 crore nett.
The two day collections of GAME CHANGER (Hindi) are as follows.
Friday - 7,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 6,65,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 13,65,00,000 apprx
FATEH is poor and as expected, it dropped on the second day. The national chains showed limited drop due to certain elements but outside, the drop was huge.
The collections of FATEH are as follows.
Friday - 2,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 1,50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 3,50,00,000 apprx
