NH10 collects 20.32 cr in Week 1; Dum Laga Ke Haisha 25.50 cr in 3 weeks

NH10 held up well on the weekdays to gross around 20.25 crore nett. The film managed to 55% to its weekend total when 50% is normally decent. Overall the first week is fair and looking at the weekdays figures it should hold over week two.
The best business has come in Delhi/UP as Delhi city and Noida have done well. The first week business in Delhi/UP is nearly 5 crore nett. East Punjab was next best with business a little short of 2.50 crore nett.

DUM LAGA KE HAISHA had strong third week of 5 crore nett plus taking its three week business to over 25.50 crore nett. The drop from last week is around 47%. The film had a low first week but has done very well in week two and week three.
The third week collections were only less than BABY for the year which had grossed 6.75 crore nett in week three. The only other film to have some reasonable collections in week three was BADLAPUR at 3.50 crore nett.
DUM LAGA KE HAISHA will inch its way up to 30 crore nett in the next two weeks and will also surpass the business of bigger films like TEVAR and ROY in some circuits.

DUM LAGA KE HAISHA is still holding well at the box office despite being in week three. The third tweek business of DUM LAGA KE HAISHA is as follows.

NH10 grossed around 13 crore nett. The weekend collections are okay but the growth could have been better especially on Saturday. The film has fared better in Delhi NCR and East Punjab probably due to the local setting. The collections are as follows:

Sunday 5,50,00,000
TOTAL - 13,00,00,000
The weekend business and trend is the same as SHAMITABH released a few weeks back but NH 10 will be hoping for run that film especially in the second week. SHAMITABH had started with a 3.40 crore nett day one and ended the weekend at 12.85 crore nett. NH10 had a 3.25 crore nett start and ended with a similar weekend..

DUM LAGA KE HAISHA grossed a decent 3.25 crore nett in its third weekend taking its total business to around 23.75 crore nett. The film had held up very strongly in its second weekend with better than first weekend collections but in the third weekend it faced competition.
The drop was around 52% in the third weekend which is also pretty good as the norm for week on week drops for successful films is around 65-70% today. The film should be over the 25 crore nett mark by the end of the week and is holding well enough to run for a couple of weeks more.
The film is best in Delhi/UP and East Punjab where its lifetime figures will be on par with much bigger films like Tevar and Roy.
