BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER took a hit on Monday as it dropped 65% and collected around 4.25 crore nett which takes the business of the film to 43.50 crore nett. The collections of film over the first week should be around 55-56 crore nett which will be good collections despite the Monday drop.

The film will cover the business of BLACK PANTHER (2018) in one week but the task will be after the first week as business will be tougher to come by. It should do reasonable business over the weekends and that should be enough to make the film an AVERAGE fare. The film can still cross the 75 crore nett mark but 100 crore nett is out of the equation after this Monday drop.

BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER had a good weekend as it grossed 39 crore nett plus over its first weekend. The film did not go up on Sunday but that is not much of a surprise as it happens with Hollywood films. The initial of the film was better than the weekend result as collections did not push after the first day.

The film scored all over though the Hindi version's performance was just average. The trend of Marvel films is a bit slow after the weekend and it remains to be seen how BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER goes. But even if there is a drop it should do well enough over the weekends which is more than enough for the film to be a success.

The hold of the film has to be good on Monday for it to emerge a HIT film.

BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER did good business again on Saturday as it collected almost 14 crore nett to take its total 25.50 crore nett and a possible 40 crore nett weekend. The growth on the second day was around 15-20%.

There was good growth in the metros on Saturday but mass circuits saw pretty much flat business on the second day. The film will be a success but there have been three Hollywood films that have hit the 100 crore nett mark post the pandemic and that should be the target for BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER. For that, it needs a strong hold on Monday.
