BHAIAJI SUPERHIT took its total to 3.75 crore nett in four days with business of only 60 lakhs nett on Monday. The drop is 40% from day one but collections were very low on Friday. The first week will be shortened as 2.0 releases on Thursday. It should do around 5.25 crore nett in week one.

The holdovers PIHU and MOHALLA ASSI were very dull with the former doing around 30 lakhs nett to take its total to 3 crore nett in ten days while the latter collected around 10 lakhs nett to take its total to 2.50 crore nett.

BHAIAJI SUPERHIT was flat on its second day as it collected in the same range as day one with collections of 1 crore nett. Although it does not matter much, the collections are much better than the Sunny Deol starrer released last week MOHALLA ASSI which did not even get 1 crore nett in its first two days. The film should manage some growth on Sunday but a 3 crore nett plus weekend is a poor result.

This week will be about the advance of 2.0 which is yet to start in Hindi but has started in its Tamil and Telugu versions. The Hindi version should see advance start at places on Monday.

BHAIAJI SUPERHIT was the main release of the week and it did business of around 1 crore nett with Delhi/UP being best at nearly 30 lakhs nett. Mumbai was a little over 20 lakhs nett and East Punjab was 11 lakhs nett.

The film is a long delayed project which was announced around 7-8 years back though its possible most of the shooting has been done over the last 3-4 years. The film was also supposed to be released a couple of  months back but had release issues.

The UP and Bihar areas may be a little better for the film but it does not amount to much and its difficult to see the film show huge growth because its the type of film which does not double up on a Saturday. There could be growth on Saturday but not the type that is needed by the film.

The were a few other releases like MYRAH and VIDYODAY but they had zero collections and also no one really knows about these films.

There were some new Hollywood releases like RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET and ROBIN HOOD and it was RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET which came out best with around 80 lakhs nett business. ROBIN HOOD was only around the 20 lakhs nett mark.
