Despite the hold the film probably needed to be even closer to the first day figure as the first day figure was so low. Also generally the box office has seen good holds this Monday as can be seen with holdover films. The film collected in the 2.75-3 crore nett range on Monday.

But unlike Sunday where growth was minimal for many, Monday have these also hold well in that 20-30% range. The game today is about being on the desired figure by Sunday irrespective of the opening if you want to stay in the race. A start hugely helps the cause but if you have the content, then Saturday and Sunday will gain momentum but that has not happened with this film.
